Wellp! We don't have any rules other then our button must be up when you submit your affiliate request. Also, please tell us where you'd like to be placed. We currently have marquee available. When applying to be an affiliate simply leave a url to your site, your banner code, and the location our button has been placed. You put us in marquee, we'll put you in marquee. DO NOT PUT US IN STATIC OR SCROLLING. We currently do not have a place to put static or scrolling affiliates. If you're okay with us being in your scrolling affiliates and you being in the marquee then that's fine.
